Thanks for reaching out!
The endpoint that you point to is only for admin API keys. To get an api key for participating in a shared task, please navigate to the task for which you want to submit, click on “Submit” → “Code Submission” or “Docker Submission” and the UI will show you your access token.
Where did you find this endpoint? Maybe some of the documentation of us is misleading?
