Hello dears
I am writing to submit my work through EasyChair.
I have prepared the camera-ready version, along with the response to the reviewer’s comments. However, during the submission process via EasyChair, I noticed a field for the copyright form. Additionally, I received an email from the CELF conference detailing the new template requirements and instructions regarding copyright forms.
WRONG TEMPLATE VERSION: Several authors submitted the camera-ready with an outdated template that contained an error in the dates of the conference and was edited before the notification (25/06). The current version can be downloaded here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xuOj-tTH6e-_WKAThigr_Bh8jrJFjr8K
Please, if you have downloaded the template BEFORE 25/06, format your paper according to the most recent template version, or, if you already submitted the camera-ready files, verify that your submission is compliant.WRONG COPYRIGHT FORM: The copyright form should contain:
- the title of the paper
- the list of authors (ensure they are in the same order and with the same spelling as on easychair and on the paper)
- a SINGLE corresponding author (this is internal for CEUR. Multiple corresponding authors can be indicated on the paper.)
- the signature, together with the date and the location, i.e., the city, where you signed the form.
IMPORTANT: the copyright form MUST be printed, signed by hand and scanned. There is a digital watermark that allows us to easily recognize copyright forms that have not been printed and signed by hand. Such papers cannot be included in the proceedings.
Unfortunately, I am currently unable to locate the copyright form for submission. Could you please guide me to where I can find it?
Additionally, I would like to know if this copyright form is also applicable to the PAN track, as I haven’t received any specific instructions regarding the copyright form for this track.
Your assistance in clarifying these matters would be greatly appreciated.
