Dear Organizing Committee,
I am a participant from China. The network connection from China to Europe is too slow, causing frequent interruptions during my task Docker image upload. Would it be possible to request an extension of one to two days?

I am a praticipant from China too, I also encountered some problems with network error, Then,
I have some more questions for you. :blush:

  1. I want to know whether the account that published the paper last is the account that registered through the TIRA platform and signed up for the relevant tasks, or whether some other authentication is required.
  2. If I want to publish a paper, and I and my school’s laboratory each have an account, can we submit and publish two papers separately?
  3. Due to network issues, I want to delay the submission time. Is this possible?

thanks for reaching out!

There is no authenticated link needed between the notebook paper and the team in TIRA/CLEF, you can just submit your paper in easychair, and as the papers will be reviewed manually, the reviewers will be able to also manually see the connection between the runs that you describe in your paper and the submissions in tira (still, it would be good if you give them the same name :)).

Yes, you can publish papers separately.
