I am writing to respectfully request assistance regarding the CLEF labs registration for the Voight-Kampff task.
Our team was highly focused on the model development and implementation on the Tira platform, and we have successfully completed our software submission within the extended Tira deadline. However, it was not until recently, when checking the task’s Synopsis page, that we realized a separate registration on the CLEF labs portal was required. Unfortunately, that registration deadline has already passed.
Given that our model has been successfully submitted and executed on Tira, we are very motivated to share our approach. Is it still possible for us to be officially registered for this task and participate in the notebook paper submission for the May 28th deadline?
