I need a quick clarification about the camera-ready for paper 420 (“Strong Detector, Moving Target: Adversarial Augmentation and Out-of-Distribution Findings at the PAN 2026 Voight-Kampff”), because I’ve received two emails with conflicting deadlines and I want to make sure I don’t miss it.
- Conflicting deadlines
- A few hours ago I got a reminder from “Eva Sánchez Salido” <noreply+…@user.easychair.org> saying the camera-ready deadline for paper 420 has already passed, including the extension, and asking me to upload by the end of tomorrow.
- Earlier, I received a separate email from EasyChair noreply@easychair.org — subject “Clarification regarding camera-ready instructions” — stating the camera-ready deadline is 17 July 2026.
I had been working to the 17 July date and was confident I had plenty of time. Could you confirm which deadline is authoritative? If it really is end of tomorrow, I’ll prioritise the upload immediately.
- Can’t access the camera-ready form
The Google Drive links in the instructions both return an access error for me:

Could you re-share these with open access, or send the form(s) another way?
- Possible cause — account/email mismatch
This may be related: my EasyChair account is tied to vb-expert@yandex.ru, which I can’t use as a Google sign-in. My Google identities are palkovskii.yurii@gmail.com and plagiarism.detector.support@gmail.com. I suspect the Drive files may be shared to the EasyChair address (Yandex) rather than my Google accounts, which would explain the access error — but I’m not certain that’s the cause. If it helps, I’m happy to have the files shared directly with either of my Gmail addresses.
