Just want to make sure. Is there currently a problem with TIRA? I’ve run some container since yesterday, but it says Job not started until now, which has been like 12 hours already.

We also have the same issue.
We’ve tried to run containers several times, but the job won’t start.
So, we think there may be a problem with the Tira.

I caught a flu yesterday and was not really able to look into my mails since then, but now I am already feeling a little better, and I will look into the problem and let you know as soon as the problem is resolved.

Dear all,
the problem is now resolved and software submissions are now working again in TIRA (we had an expired kubernetes certificate in our kubernetes cluster that caused those problems).
I go over the list of software submissions that failed in the last two days and will start them again.

Is it not working again? The job won’t start again and it’s been hours already.
Dear all,
yesterday we had to upgrade runners in kubernetes, so jobs did not start for ca. two hours.
The update was already finished yesterday and jobs also did start again.
I have restarted the jobs that failed because of this update.
