I use keras in my code, and when i use model.predict to get pre-trained model layer’s output in virtual machine(cpu). its predicts speed is very slow. how can i solve this problem?

is the slow running time a problem for you?
We do not have any problems when a software submission in TIRA runs for a few days.
Still, we can add more resources (in terms of CPU and RAM) to your virtual machine (right now, we can unfortunately not provide access to GPUs). Please just let us if you need more resources.
