Home page - task submission not working

Please take a look to above image. I can not see the tasks in order to navigate the submission page. What happened? A couple of days ago i followed the below steps:

  1. home page
  2. click to task
  3. navigate the submission page for this specific task and choose upload

Sorry for the inconvenience, we had a problem with the database in the last 1.5 days that are now resolved. You can now again make submissions.
