Unable to evaluate

After running, when pressing the “Evaluate” button the following error appears:

Internal Server Error {"status":2,"message":"fbc2aa5b-b502-4578-8e67-d77369d5f571 was rejected by the host: Not allowed for current vm state (2)"}

We tried with either VM powered on and off.
Downloading the results from “Inspect” it seems all ok.

We currently have network problems in our cluster, and it looks like it will take a bit to resolve them.
We’d like to very much apologize for this. Please be assured that this technical problem will not be in the way of your submission!

We can evaluate your submissions in retrospect, and you can also submit your run files per email. (And you will be able to deploy your systems in Tira after the official deadline.)

Adminstrator I have the run problem.First,ssh can work normally,but Tira Unable to work.

Second,I try to run my software,but ssh no test data.I face the problem:FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘EVALUATION-DIRECTORY/pairs.jsonl’

We found the the issue and it is fixed now.
