VM is stuck in "wait until the port states are resolved"

Hi Team,

my VM is showing the “wait until the port states are resolved” for approximately 3 hours now.
The RDP port is open, the SSH port is closed the whole time.

Do you know what causes this and what I can do do prevent this from happening in the future?

I got this resolved by Power Off / Power On:)
